A scraper unit for a scraper-chain assembly is composed of a scraper bar which locates with a pair of coupling pieces at each of its ends. The coupling pieces trap chain links therebetween. The bar has pockets underneath its end regions which locate with the lowermost coupling pieces and recesses open from above which locate with the uppermost coupling pieces. Threaded pins which receive nuts are provided on the lower coupling pieces to engage through bores in the upper coupling pieces and the scraper bar end regions.

The invention relates to a conveyor structure, namely to scrapers of double-chain scraper conveyors used, for example, in the mining industry.
The purpose of the invention is to increase strength, improve maintainability and simplify the assembly and disassembly of the scraper.

The scraper consists of one whole working part, which is made as a forged forged in dies, as well as of two separately made connecting plates 2 and two removable connecting elements 3. The working part of the scraper has a scraper surface 4 slightly inclined to the vertical in the direction of transport. , which in the zone of the scraper's foot passes into the scraper edge 5.
The working part of the scraper has an upper surface 6 and a surface 7 slightly inclined to the vertical, located on its side opposite to the transport.
At each of both ends of the integral working part J of the scraper, a pocket 8 is formed on the lower side, which is open from the lower side of the scraper and closed at the sides, or rather towards the surfaces 4 and 7 of the working part of the scraper. In the pockets 8, the connecting elements 3, made in the form of latching pads, are placed. The part directly in the pocket B of the connecting element 3 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the pocket.
In addition, the working part 1 of the scraper at each of both ends has a slot 9 for accommodating the connecting plates 2. The slots 9 located above the pockets 8 are open in the direction and against the direction of material transport. In this case, each nest is separated from the pocket 8 located under THEM through a partition plate 0 located at the end of the working part I of the scraper, which forms the bottom of the socket 9

The nests 9 are made open in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the scraper, and are limited by the limiting protrusions with the walls II located to the longitudinal axis of the scraper at an angle directed to the center of the scraper.
The connecting plates 2 are made of cast forged parts. Each connecting plate 2 has two holes 2 and 3 which, on the upper side of the connecting bars 2, pass into recesses 4 and 15, the diameter of which is larger than the corresponding holes 12 and 3 of the studs. The connecting elements 3, which in turn are cast or stamped, respectively, have two protruding threaded studs 16 and 17, which are located in the axial direction of the scraper spaced apart from each other. Partitioning plates 10 of the working part 1 of the scraper have 5 through the hole 18 for the passage of the threaded rod 16.
The outer surfaces of the protrusions 19 of the two connecting plates 2 have a shape corresponding to the shape of the inner surfaces of the walls J of the limiting projections, whereby the connecting plates 2 are fixed in the slots 9 from being rotated in the horizontal plane. Each connecting patch 2 is made on its underside with recesses 20 for the horizontal chain link 21, spaced on both sides of the opening 3. Corresponding recesses 22 are made on the upper side of each connecting element 3.
Assembled, the threaded studs 16 and 17 of the connecting elements 3 are screwed on nuts 23. As shown in FIG. 3, each partition plate 0 of the working part 1 is made with a center lug 24, and each connecting plate has a notch 25. Partition plates 0 have end faces surfaces 26, which are arranged at an angle to the horizontal plane, and each connecting element is provided with an abutment 27, located parallel to the end surface 26 of the corresponding partition plate 0 and with the possibility of interaction with it. 1. TWIN-CHAIN SCRAPER. SCRAPER CONVEYOR FOR APPLICATION IN THE MINING INDUSTRY, including a working part with end plates having end surfaces, each of which is connected to the horizontal link of the round link chain, covering their recesses and located respectively above and below the partition plate by a connecting plate and a connecting element located respectively in the socket and in the pocket of the working part open at the bottom and closed at the sides, while one of the threaded rods of the connecting element nta is installed in the holes of the partition plate and the connecting plate, and another threaded rod is in the second hole of the connecting plate and the holes of the horizontal chain link, characterized in that, in order to increase strength, improve maintainability and simplify the installation of the scraper, the slots of the working part are open in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the scraper, and the working part is equipped with bounding protrusions with walls located to the longitudinal axis of the scraper at an angle directed to the center of the scraper, and each connecting pad is provided with a protrusion located in the socket with the possibility of g resting on the walls of the limiting protrusion of the working part, each connecting pad is made with a recess located at the bottom, and each partition plate is provided with a centering protrusion located in the recess of the corresponding connecting lining, while the threaded rods are made in one piece with the connecting element.

2. The scraper according to claim 1, characterized in that the end surface of each partition plate is located at an angle to the horizontal plane, and each connecting element is equipped with a stop located parallel to the end surface of the corresponding partition plate and with the possibility of interaction with it.
